Job description
Are you the specialist who can guarantee, design, and further develop the quality of our applications? Then Gadero, a leading European player in e-commerce for outdoor living and wood products, is looking for you!
Your role
As a Medior Backend Developer within our dynamic development team, you are the specialist responsible for successfully launching and maintaining the quality of our applications. You play a key role in exploring new technologies and functionalities, ensuring structured knowledge sharing within a close-knit team. With your expertise, you bring technology and functionality together in perfect balance.
Gadero is on the verge of a major architectural transformation: processes will be redesigned, and applications rebuilt from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in this transition, in other words, there’s plenty to keep you challenged and engaged.
Our Gadero back-office stack consists of several applications and microservices, all centered around Event Sourcing. The applications are built in C#, often using MongoDB and RabbitMQ. Our ERP system is Oracle NetSuite, which we connect to via APIs. The website is built with React and hosted on Azure. For our e-commerce stack, we use multiple SaaS solutions to deliver a scalable, internationally oriented platform.
The Gadero vibe
We like to do things our own way. We encourage everyone to grow a little more each year, ideally 10% better than the year before, but how you do that is entirely up to you. Autonomy, purpose, and mastery are at the core of how we work. You’ll notice it in our openness, involvement, and transparency toward all employees. Together we build team spirit, come up with great ideas, and take pride in what we achieve as a team.
